Super's (1970) Work Values Inventory was administered to 204 undergraduates from 1970 to 1980. Data were collected in a classroom setting where the inventory was used for pedagogic purposes. Considering the data with respect to a cultural shift or generational difference over the decade, an increase in work valuation, especially by women, was indicated.
