Since the juxtaposition of the KTSA objects and their distance relationships are important factors in interpreting the results of the KTSA, the author suggests use of an 8 × 8 grid as a special procedure for examining possible spatial relationships in S's symbolic representations. These might not appear in the standard test in which S uses a single linear dimension. Three illustrations of the procedure suggest strengthening of the inferential power of the KTSA.
