There is a critical need for the psychological screening of preschool children, particularly those who are bilingual and culturally deprived. Data obtained from a group of Head Start children are presented, and a screening battery for preschoolers incorporating the Wechsler Preschool and Primary Scale of Intelligence and a parent interview is suggested.
