It was hypothesized that college counselors with traditional, subject-oriented attitudes toward education would have significantly less favorable attitudes toward disabled persons than counselors with progressive, person-oriented attitudes The test of this hypothesis led to uncertain, nonsignificant findings and suggests the need for further research.
