The Wide Range Intelligence Test was administered to 24 undergraduate students under conditions of normal feedback and delayed auditory feedback. Subjects perform at a lower level under DAF. DAF is proposed as a temporary intelligence suppressor useful in exploring intelligence and retardation theories.
