It was hypothesized that scores on similar tests for kinesthetic awareness (KA) and kinesthetic aftereffects (KAE) should correlate negatively. 57 male university students were administered tasks designed to measure KA and KAE. Low inter-test Pearsonian correlation coefficients indicated negligible relationships between the two tasks. Further investigation is suggested since the correlation values fell in the posited direction.
