Abstract
Figure drawings with the non-dominant hand, used clinically, show value in diagnostic discrimination and analysis of character structure. If task administration is controlled, effects of field variables on these drawings are different from those on S‘s written descriptions of the drawings; however, some Ss' responses are more complex and Jess “field-dependent” than those of other Ss.
