As one of a series of reports about the electromagnetic balancing regulator (EBR), this paper studies experimentally the moving strategy and the balancing method of the EBR with three single-direction moving correction masses. Three correction mass moving methods are tried. The experiments show that all these can reduce the vibration of the rotor efficiently. A comparison between these three methods is also involved.
