The Detection of Spina Bifida Using Indirect Sonographic Cranial Signs

Abstract

The authors discuss a case of fetal spina bifida that was apparent sonographically because of cranial abnormalities. The neural tube defect itself was not visible until a transvaginal scan was performed.
