Tuberculosis of the uterine cervix is extremely rare. An awareness of sonographic findings is necessary when evaluating for cervical lesions because it can mimic other masses, especially cervical cancer. This is a case of hypertrophic tuberculosis of the uterine cervix presented with chronic leucorrhea. Initial diagnosis was made by endovaginal sonography and confirmed after biopsy.
