A case of testicular microlithiasis with invading neoplasm is presented. Testicular microlithiasis is an uncommon condition in which calcifications are present in the testicle. Evidence shows that there is an association between testicular microlithiasis, germ cell neoplasms, and testicular tumors. Technical advances in high-resolution, real-time ultrasound and color flow Doppler allow sonographers to evaluate many scrotal diseases accurately.
