Uterine arteriovenous malformations (AVMs) most commonly present with vaginal hemorrhage. A case of uterine AVM diagnosed in a patient who arrived in the emergency department with heavy vaginal bleeding 5 weeks postpartum is presented. Etiology, sonographic color duplex diagnostic criteria, and treatment options are discussed.
