Digital technology is radically changing both supply and demand chains, but right now, digital demand overwhelms the capacity of supply chains. Kevin O’Marah and Colin Gilbert describe how business leaders can restore the balance by creating an infinite loop between supply and demand, engaging consumers to build a zero-carbon world.
