Speculations and predictions about the ‘future of work’ have been around for more than two decades. We present crucial research findings on the changing job roles and the anticipated skill gap we would be facing by 2025. We underline how upskilling initiatives can prepare us for tomorrow. Finally, we offer our perspectives on the roles of the key stakeholders in the upskilling process.
