Abstract
Importance of diversity and inclusion is much emphasized in today’s work environment as a factor for critical success of any organisation in global, national and individual levels. This paper will provide significant pointers to support that and provide insights on how an organization may leverage the talent and uniqueness of each person. It will also share how elements of diversity such as gender, generation, culture and disability may be leveraged to improve competitive advantage of organizations in current and future scenarios. The future of work is being dramatically shaped by the pandemic, and this paper will provide insights on alternate talent models that may lead to diverse and inclusive organizations that serve the well-being of all and contribute to harmony and peace in our planet.
