Abstract
Policies around hiring of disabled individuals across organisations have become more sophisticated over the past few years, and one major change has been the expansion in range of disabilities considered. There is a growing focus on, and appreciation of, the possibilities offered by people with neurodisabilities, such as autism and ADHD. These individuals are better categorised as ‘differently abled’ and can actually leverage their abilities to have a transformative impact.
