Career Success Planning and Professional Identity Formation of Dental Clinician Educators: Using the Clinician Educator Milestones for Faculty Development
Faculty development in dental education is very important in enhancing competence and the effectiveness of the teaching and educational leadership of dental clinician educators. The Clinician Educator Milestones can serve as a competency framework and a road map for the professional development of dental educators, ultimately improving the quality of clinical training in dentistry and the quality of patient care.
