Abstract
This article draws on experiential learning theory to develop an ethical dilemma-resolution teaching method. This teaching method uses LEGO bricks as a medium to model the scenario for the students. The interchangeability of LEGO bricks, in combination with this teaching method, will allow students to experiment with resolution ideas to predict stakeholder impacts. Using experiential learning methods, such as this one, allows students to simulate experiences with ethical dilemmas without the cost to stakeholders in the actual business environment.
