The author was contacted for comment and stated that they believed the source was available for academic reuse, as it is widely disseminated in the literature, and the original author and source were fully cited in the figure title, related text, and reference list.

The authors have addressed concerns with the copyright holder, provided replacement figures and associated changes in the article's text.
