Abstract
In the history of central Asia the frequent changing of ruling dynasties could be interpreted as political discontinuity, in other side social and cultural tradition from the past appeared in the areas of intellectuals and knowledge systems could be considered continual factors which guarantees cultural continuity of central asian communities by the beginning of 20th century. Cultural Heritages from Persian, Arabic, Mongolian, Turkish and Russian dynasties delivered to the society of present central asian countries and these cultural heritages and historical vestiges could be the standard to decide social & historical continuity or discontinuity.
