Abstract
Experience with the Ross II operation both in developed countries and in patients without a rheumatic disease process has remained low. Our center has previously published the largest experience with the Ross II procedure in North America, and now reports the case with which we have had the longest follow-up. To our knowledge, this is the only reported follow-up of a pulmonary autograft in the mitral position that has functioned well without reintervention for over two decades.
