Abstract
Renal cell carcinoma has an unpredictable course with a propensity for metastatic spread. Here we present the case of a female patient with an unusual presentation of metastatic renal cell carcinoma to the eyelid which is extremely rare. Treatment of metastatic renal cell carcinoma is still controversial; however, several authors consider metastasectomy to be a valid option. Unfortunately, little information is available on the utility of systemic treatment after the complete resection of metastatic lesions.
