Abstract
AI has become the mantra for business administration and management. Aspiring entrepreneurs and business professionals in business schools are educated on the magic that AI can create in corporate landscapes. AI-based courses have become an integral part of every department. Students in B-schools are relentlessly consuming information on the benefits of augmenting AI systems. However, there is a flip side to this training. A lack of awareness of the consequences of carelessly built AI algorithms could lead to the delusion that AI is beyond ethics and moral principles. This case study aims at teaching students the various aspects that should be considered before designing, creating, and implementing AI systems, especially in the context of recommendation engines.
