Abstract
This case study examines ChatGPT’s revolutionary introduction to management education, emphasizing how technology affects cooperation, communication, decision-making, and customized learning. The introduction emphasizes the need to integrate ChatGPT in the training of future business leaders, while the background section offers a summary of the model’s abilities and its relevance in the field of management. The case examines the process of incorporating ChatGPT into the curriculum, pinpointing the classes in which it is utilized, while also examining the challenges and concerns about its use in the educational sector. Three cases in this case study exemplify how ChatGPT promotes decision-making abilities, enhances communication and collaboration, and customizes learning experiences to foster individual skill development. The challenges encountered during implementation are effectively addressed, along with the implementation of adaptive solutions. Student feedback highlights the beneficial influence on student involvement, drive, and scholastic achievement. The study examines the possible long-term consequences and development of ChatGPT in influencing the future of business education. The conclusion provides a comprehensive overview of the main discoveries, underscoring the transformative impact that ChatGPT has had on the field of management education.
