Abstract
Modern digital technologies have significantly changed speech communication, affecting its forms, content, structure and dynamics. The study aimed to identify the impact of digital communication tools on speech interaction, incorporating intercultural features and the educational environment. The study provided a theoretical analysis of linguistic and cultural approaches to the study of communication in the context of digitalisation, as well as examples of the use of digital platforms in educational institutions and the international environment. The results demonstrated that digitalisation has accelerated the exchange of information, providing greater access to communication. However, at the same time, there was a simplification of language structures, a decrease in lexical diversity and a reduction in the use of traditional forms of communication. In the educational environment, the introduction of online platforms and digital tools is contributing to the development of new teaching methods, such as distance and hybrid education. This increased access to knowledge but reduced the level of live interaction between teachers and students. The study determined that digital technologies are substantial in overcoming language and cultural barriers, for example, through automatic translations and digital communication. Nevertheless, significant challenges remain, including the loss of emotional colouring in speech and a decrease in the depth of interpersonal communication. In the Kyrgyz context, digitalisation emphasises the need to adapt traditional forms of speech culture and to find a balance between preserving national identity and introducing modern digital technologies. The study also analysed the impact of digital technologies on language development, the formation of a new linguistic and cultural environment, and the preservation of the uniqueness of language identity in the context of globalisation. The results of the study confirmed the importance of developing strategies that incorporate the cultural characteristics of a society and highlighted the relevance of effective interaction on a global scale.
