Empowering inclusive education through tech-driven cooperative learning and reverse mentoring

Abstract

The most significant influence on the development of a person in particular and a country as a whole is education. We are living in a time of digital transition, where things are changing quickly. Development of the appropriate learning strategy is equally vital as part of education. One effective strategy for creating inclusive learning environments is the incorporation of technology into cooperative learning frameworks. To meet a range of learner demands, this study explores how different technology tools—both basic educational technologies and AI-powered tools—can improve the learning experience. Reverse mentoring helps bridge generational gaps fosters mutual learning, strengthens relationships, and promotes inclusivity within academic environments. Teachers may design engaging, adaptable, and adaptive learning experiences that meet the requirements of a diverse student body, including those with special education needs, by fusing technology with collaborative pedagogy. The article explores the benefits, challenges, and possibilities of technology-driven cooperative learning approaches for engagement and academic achievement in higher education.
