Gli autori descrivono un caso di osteopetrosi associato a malattia di Crouzon in una donna di 27 anni giunta alla loro osservazione per una sintomatologia atassica ingravescente associata a tetraparesi.
Per quanto a nostra conoscenza non sono riportati in letteratura associazioni tra le due patologie, come anche molto rare risultano le anomalie nervose, ad esse associate (siringomielia ed ectopia tonsillare) e da noi riscontrate attraverso lo studio RM encefalo-midollare.
