Abstract
We herewith describe the imaging features in a patient with intracranial hypotension secondary to shunting in hydrocephalus that was secondary to basal meningitis. In our patient the neonatal meningitis resulted in multiple parenchymal infarcts, hydrocephalus and intractable seizures. Hydrocephalus was managed by ventricular shunt and he was put on anticonvulsant therapy.
