Abstract

As it is difficult to obtain complete resolution of cerebral dural fistulae by arterial endovascular treatment, in our patient we opted for venous placement of a stent in the dural fistula in the superior sagittal sinus. This treatment was carried out after three sessions of embolization using acrylic glue.
