Cysts located in the choroidal fissure have rarely been reported in the literature. We present an unusual case with cysts in bilateral choroidal fissures. Sagittal MR images are very useful in diagnosing these cysts where a typical spindle shaped cystic lesion with the postero-superior end leading to the atrium of the ipsilateral lateral ventricle is seen. These benign lesions should not be confused with other cystic lesions of the central nervous system which may require surgical intervention.
