Six compounds were isolated from Derris laxiflora Benth., including two new pterocarpans, 7,6′-dihydroxy-3′-methoxypterocarpan (1) and derrispisatin (2), as well as four known ones, lespedezol D1 (3), secundiflorol I (4), 6a-hydroxymaackiain (5) and pisatin (6). The structures of these compounds were determined by analysis of their spectroscopic data.
