Abstract
Ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome is a condition which includes symptoms of nausea, vomiting and abdominal pain. The accumulation of ascites can lead to respiratory compromise. We present a case where intra-vesical abdominal pressure monitoring was used to guide the timing of paracentesis.
