A 2006 Associated Press report showed national pride as integral component of culture. R Linto says culture is the shared knowledge and schemes of a society whose elements are shared and transmitted by its members. Historical Wonders of Sanxingdui predicts culture’s demise without preservation by the media. Preservation of culture within globalization is the journalists’ challenge. Leaders of the United States, Britain, and France attacked Libya in 2011 to preserve home culture and national pride. Nations have adopted cyberspace measures to protect these ideals. In 2010, British prime minister, David Cameron, announced ‘A Strong Britain in an Age of Uncertainty’ measures. On the Air urges media to shirk bias because different cultures play a part in disseminating news. Sadly, journalists die while protecting cultures.
