Abstract
Iron(III) 5,10,15,20-tetrakis(pentafluorophenyl) porphyrin, Fe(TF5PP)CI, is a new catalyst for the conversion of epoxides to the corresponding thiiranes in the presence of ammonium thiocyanate in excellent yields.
