Abstract
This case study explores the various hurdles that colleges and universities face when making the leap to remote learning during times of crisis, with the COVID-19 pandemic serving as a prime example. It looks at the different strategies institutions have put into place to support their students and faculty during trying times. Ultimately, this case encourages readers to reflect on the complexities of remote learning and to think critically about the institutional responses that have been made. This case also encourages readers to consider actionable strategies that could enhance institutional resilience and preparedness for future emergencies.
