This is a case report of an elderly man who presented with a history of increasing constipation. He was found to have a leaking aneurysm of his right internal iliac artery. The patient underwent repair of the aneurysm with subsequent relief of his constipation. Although genitourinary obstruction is a well-known symptom of internal iliac aneurysms, constipation is a very unusual manifestation of this disorder.
