Aortoduodenal and Aortocaval Fistula with an Accessory Left Renal Artery Aneurysm Presenting with Heart Failure and Chronic Anemia Due to Hematemesis

Abstract

The authors present what they think to be the first successfully managed case of a leaking abdominal aortic aneurysm associated with an aortocaval and aortoenteric fistula and an accessory left renal aneurysm reported in the English literature.
