An aneurysm of an iliac artery without an associated aortic aneurysm is an uncommon condition with a high risk of rupture. Reconstruction using a pros thetic graft is the currently recommended method of treatment. The authors present 2 patients with isolated iliac aneurysms who underwent reconstructive surgery without prosthetic material.
