A case of aortic graft-enteric erosion diagnosed by contrast sinography is presented. Only 2 other cases of graft-enteric erosion have been demonstrated in this way. The literature regarding pathogenesis, diagnosis, and treatment of aortic graft-enteric erosion is reviewed.
