Abstract
A case of a fifty-eight-year-old man with chronic intestinal ischemia, reno vascular hypertension, and multiple areas of arterial stenosis in the lower ex tremities is described. The results of angiography demonstrated complete occlu sion of the right subclavian and left internal iliac arteries, as well as marked areas of stenosis at the origin of the celiac axis, superior mesenteric, left renal, right common iliac, and left superficial femoral arteries. After the simultaneous revascularization of the celiac axis, superior mesenteric, left renal, right com mon iliac, and left superficial femoral arteries, the patient no longer manifested the symptoms of chronic intestinal ischemia, renovascular hypertension, and intermittent claudication of both lower extremities.
