A retrospective analysis was performed to investigate the effectivity of snuff box and radial styloid arteriovenous fistula as access procedures for mainte nance hemodialysis.
Taken into account that men were considered significantly more often suit able to construct a snuffbox fistula, we found no differences in effectivity be tween the two locations in arterialization of forearm veins and suitability for hemodialysis treatment.
