Femoropopliteal vein graft was salvaged by patch angioplasty at two sites. The graft was presumed to be occluded as it could not be visualized on delayed arteriograms. In patients who need secondary revascularization after a failed femoropopliteal graft, direct palpation of the graft and corrective surgery if indicated may help in salvage of the graft in a very small number of cases.
