Communication Disorders Quarterly is a journal of research, intervention, and practices in speech, language, and hearing. It is the official journal of CEC’s Division for Communication, Language, and Deaf/Hard of Hearing. CDQ welcomes submissions of previously unpublished applied and clinical research relating to typical and atypical communication across the lifespan. This includes assessment of and interventions for communicative disorders in infants, toddlers, young children, school-age children, youth, and adults. Readers are requested to share the name, affiliation, and contact email of persons they would like to nominate as editor or coeditor; qualified individuals are encouraged to self-nominate. Nominees must be scholars with an outstanding record relevant to a wide knowledge of issues pertaining to research, assessment, and provision of services to individuals with communication disorders. Nominees should be active contributors to the professional literature; have some experience as an editor or reviewer for professional publications; and have the ability to work cooperatively with the CDQ editorial board, authors, and the publisher.
