This letter addresses some concern in Cavenagh, Costelloe, Davis, and Howell (2015) titled “Characteristics of Young Children Close to the Onset of Stuttering.” Concerns include incomplete report of collected data from speech samples and the Wechsler Preschool and Primary Scale of Intelligence, interpretation of some data from the Child Health Questionnaire, and other issues.
