The reform of fiscal system is critical to ensuring sustainable growth and improving quality of life and social and economic outcomes for Chinese residents. This symposium (in two volumes) highlights major concerns, identifies challenges and presents feasible reform options for facilitating a wider dialogue and developing consensus for remedial action.
