Anecdotal evidence suggests that many international schools worldwide are staffed by what might seem to be disproportionately large numbers of teachers and administrators from the UK and USA. This article is based on a study which analysed data gathered from one well-known international schools directory, and goes on to explore the concept of market segmentation as it appears to apply within the international schools context.
