The present article sustains the idea of a Mediterranean approach to marketing
by highlighting one of the major differentiating traits of ‘Meridian
thinking’, as defined by Cassano: a sense of proportion that makes it
possible to trace the main directions of a moderate marketing approach capable
of avoiding the excesses characterizing so many marketing proposals on offer today.
