Abstract
The objective of this research was to pedagogically and methodologically organize the formative process of CORPOMANIGUA, a non-governmental organization located in the heart of the manigua, Caquetá, Colombia. For the purpose of the study, we used a qualitative methodological approach through a systematization process supported by Grounded Theory. It was based on the documentation, records and interviews resulting from the institution’s pedagogical journey, which accounts for the inductive nature of the methodology. The systematization made it possible to organize the interest groups in relation to the implemented contents and pedagogical mediation. Likewise, theoretical codification made it possible to identify, organize and reconstruct the pedagogical approaches as well as the methodological strategies that characterize and strengthen this organization.
