Abstract
Purpose
Goldenhar syndrome is a multiorgan involvement affecting mainly the eyes, auricle, and oral cavity.
Methods
Case report.
Results
A 7-month-old boy presenting with features of Goldenhar syndrome had ocular and auricular manifestations. There were no vertebral anomalies, but he had the unusual association of pre-axial polydactyly, which is not reported in the literature.
Conclusions
Pre-axial polydactyly should also be considered as an association of Goldenhar syndrome.
