Two hundred and twelve hotel/motel front office employees were surveyed in order to determine the relationship between sixteen service complexity constructs and employee attitudinal reactions to their job. The results of the study indicate that in addition to the generally accepted complexity measures, there are other measures available to evaluate job complexity of the customer contact employee.
